Online PR News – 07-August-2017 – Boulder, Colorado – Revert, Inc., a global leader in delivering on-site data sanitization and enterprise IT asset disposition services to customers worldwide, today announced that the company has been recommended for continued registration for the international certification of its Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems after comprehensive surveillance audits conducted by independent registrars.

ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where Revert needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

OHSAS 18001:2007 is a framework for an occupational health and safety (ohs) management system that helps Revert put in place the policies, procedures and controls needed to achieve the best possible working conditions and workplace health and safety, aligned to internationally recognized best practice.

The objective of surveillance assessments are to determine the continued conformance of the management systems with the assessment criteria as well as to evaluate the systems’ effectiveness in meeting defined objectives for the purpose of the maintenance of registration.

“The recommendations for continued registration of our Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems through the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 International Standards confirms that Revert continues to meet all elements of the scope of registration and effectively conforms to the requirements set forth in the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 International Standards,” said Glenn Jacobsen, Chief Operating Officer. “These certifications ensure that our comprehensive portfolio of hard disk drive data eradication, solid state disk data eradication, disk and tape media destruction, and enterprise IT asset disposition services will continue to meet the rigorous requirements of our Global 2000 customers worldwide.”
